Passion and commitment is the soul of her work as an arts leader. You will often hear Alfreda say, "I can't imagine a life without the arts".  Alfreda is a visionary leader dedicated to finding creative and inspiring methods for bridging the cultural divide. For over 25 years she has invested in the promotion and preservation of dance and theatre  arts at its highest level of artistic excellence. She works tirelessly to provide artistic spaces for seasoned and emerging artists to grow while holding steadfast to organizational goals. Through artistic programming and partnerships, she presents the most experienced and master artists. Alfreda produces and directs productions, workshops, intensives and art summits with leading artists from around the country and internationally. Alfreda has worked with master artists such as Christopher Huggins, Kevin Iega Jeff, Torens Johnson, Princess Mhoon, multi Grammy legends Dionne Warwick and Bobby McFerrin.  The work of strengthening communities through artistic programs is the heart and soul of her mission. She dedicates herself to arts education, community dance and performances, along with mentoring future leaders and arts administrators .
